A Bit About Me
Emily is passionate about working with Gen Z teens and young adults, as well as Millennials, specializing in work with females. She provides support through life transitions and difficulties, helping people to increase their self-esteem and heal from trauma. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, utilizing treatments such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping) and Reiki. Emily also utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and integrates tenants of Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her clinical work. She is licensed in Michigan & Colorado.
Emily also provides supervision to Limited Licensed Counselors (LLPC/LLC) in the state of Michigan.
