A Bit About Me
Hannah is a passionate, client-led trauma therapist. She has worked with children and families in group settings, and has experience working with victims of sex trafficking and child abuse.
She approaches therapy with a holistic mindset and specializes in working with children & adolescents as well as adults. Her areas of focus include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Play Therapy, and she often utilizes Art Therapy-based interventions with her clients for a more dynamic therapy experience. Hannah believes in meeting the client where they are at in their mental health journey and prioritizes making them feel safe, supported, and heard.
