Here at The Therapy Collective of MI, we offer evidence-based treatment services that are tailored to you as an individual. Healing is not "one size fits all," and neither is therapy.

Mind + body wellness is the concept of achieving optimal health by balancing the connection between the mind and body. It involves practices such as meditation, one on one talk therapy, and mindfulness to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall physical and mental health. Mind + body wellness also means taking care of our physical bodies through things like movement and nutrition. Our clinicians recognize the strength of the mind + body connection and how it impacts and influences our mental and emotional health.

Individual Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a form of treatment that aims to improve an individual's mental health and well-being. Speaking with a therapist can help individuals gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. 

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a non-invasive, evidence-based type of therapy that uses sensory input to help people deal with, recover from, and overcome trauma and emotional distress.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach that helps children express their emotions and resolve conflicts through play. By using toys, games, and creative activities, children can communicate feelings and experiences they may struggle to articulate verbally. In a safe and supportive environment, play therapy allows children to explore their thoughts, work through challenges, and develop healthier coping strategies

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based therapy that uses eye movements and visualization techniques to help individuals process and resolve trauma, anxiety, and other distressing experiences. This approach empowers clients to reframe negative memories and reduce emotional pain in a rapid, often transformative way.

Functional Testing

Functional testing is a comprehensive and personalized approach to identifying the root cause of symptoms and concerns you might be experiencing. Our tests identify neuroendocrine imbalances and chart a client-centered path to wellness.
